Megumi has directed around the country and been an Associate to Broadway directors and choreographers on a variety of projects. Their efficiency, can-do attitude, and strong communication skills have caused them to be a sought after director with emerging playwrights.  They have been the resident associate director of 92NY's Lyrics and Lyricists series in Manhattan for three seasons where they have worked on eight productions each with different directors to execute their visions in fast-paced rehearsal processes.​
